Our Inspiration

Creating is the medicine for my soul!

Using my hands to bead or craft jewelry helps me stay connected to my grandparents and my ancestors.

Harvesting my materials from the land and the animals creates opportunity to be in ceremony to give thanks and appreciation for our resources around us.

My pieces are created for purpose of saving memories of harvesting with my 3 boys as well as finding ways to honor our traditions of potlatch preparations.

Brenda Lee Asp creates clothing, earrings, and accessories with a Spiritual Indigenous Flare that have a modern twist on traditional shapes and styles. Brenda brings her Northern Tutchone, Tahltan and Tlingit cultures to life through the designs featured in her clothing lines.

Materials we like to use are as natural and as organic as possible. These include 100% silk, Italian wool, velvet, cashmere wool, Melton wool, Fox fur, bamboo suiting, leather, or spandex and features silk print designs with silk lining.
